Brief description and main objectives
The main objective of the 2DEGAS project is to develop gas nanosensors based on two-dimensional (2D) materials with enhanced selectivity for monitoring air pollution. Using fluctuation spectroscopy and field-effect transistor (FET) devices, the project aims to overcome the limitations of current technologies by increasing the ability to distinguish individual chemical species and improving air quality and human health in living and working environments.
