Within national and international collaborations, I have been working for more than 18 years in Space Weather in terms of Magnetosphere-Ionosphere coupling processes both from experimental and theoretical/modeling points of view. Author of more than 60 papers published in international peer-reviewed journals, since 2018 I am the Italian scientific manager of electric and magnetic field data in the Italian-Chinese CSES satellite mission. Since 2020, I have been the scientific manager of the LiMIC (Litospheric-Magnetospheric-Ionospheric Coupling) group within the CSES-Limadou collaboration. In 2021 I published in Scientific Reports of Nature the first analytical model demonstrating Lithosphere-ionosphere-magnetospheric coupling during an earthquake.
