My research activity is mainly focused on the employment of optical spectroscopies (Raman, infrared, fluorescence, UV-visible) and surface enhanced spectroscopies at the nanoscale (SERS, TERS, SEIRA) applied to the study of biophysical problems and to the characterization of photonic materials. Part of my research is dedicated to the study of colloidal systems and their complexation dynamics by light scattering techniques and near-field microscopies.
